Morning Motivation

"You don't need miracles to do the impossible if you have belief, will, and persistence."





Good morning! How did you do on the nutritional challenge? Let's talk about motivator's this morning? What do you use to motivate yourself to exercise? A couple examples, keeping a log file of your exercises and crossing them off, having an accountability partner, or buying yourself something showing accomplishment such as new clothes.

Everyone needs motivators to help them through their workouts or you won't stick with it. Take 5 minutes before your workout and spend time with God. Ask him to give you the focus and strength to make it through your workout. Like Tony Horton mentioned in P90X, "Get your mind right and focus on task at hand." If you focus anything other than the workout, your energy will drain. Make short term goals and long term goals. This will help you stick with it.
