Just back from 2 week work trip to Europe. I didn't really worry too much about what I ate. Tried to eat healthy but also ate what was offered, including the desserts...and the chocolate.
Abstained from wine & beer which certainly helped (and also probably contributed to me eating normal portions). Walked a lot some days & didn't do any other exercise except lugging luggage all over the place & taking steps when I could.
When I returned - was hoping for no gain and didn't expect a loss and was within 2 pounds of where I was when I started. A spark success!
