Between October 7 and October 13 I weighed in 5 times averaging -- drum roll -- 126.04. For that week, I actually weighed just .04 pounds over my personal goal. Close enough!
The next week I had a little slip and with four weigh ins, averaged 127.6, knowing that a couple days I didn't weigh would have brought that average even a little higher.
This analysis tells me several things:
1. It is possible for me to maintain a weight around 126 for a week.
2. If I am going to maintain a weight around 126 for long term I am going to need to increase the percentage of days I'm sticking to my calorie range. Eliminating slips may be too much pressure, but limiting them in both frequency and amount are going to be essential for success.
The year 2013 is for me to finalize my goal weight.
In 2014 I'm going to reclaim my sanity in regard to the scale!
