Staying off the scale

It's always hard for me to stay off the scale....not sure why and usually it helps me to see me weight but, right now it is I'm making a goal to see how long I can stay off of it. 7 days is my goal! Sunday I weighed in at 178.2 .....I'm hoping if I can stay off until next Tuesday I will see a dramatic loss.

    I go back and forth on this issue all the time. Sometimes you just need a break from The constant stress of the scale.

    Wondergale- I need mine too most of the time but, sometimes it hurts more than helps...I'm still using it jut a little less.

    I need my scale, otherwise how will I know if what I am doing is working.
If it helps you to stay off, go for it.
