I have been taking some very small very few steps to a healthier life. Walking a bit more daily riding my bike occasionally and eating more good foods than bad ones,
This morning I decided to weigh in thinking yep I gained weight and much to my astonishment I had lost 4 pounds that may not sound like a lot but for me its wonderful.
I had set a goal to shed 20 pounds by January to take it slow and easy making small steps at a time changing one thing daily and sticking to the small steps.
I have only 16 more to go to reach that goal Im so excited I think I will go for a walk more often, or take the stairs, or ride my bike I will be more ready to make those small steps now seeing a few results.
