It's not new info for me, but it always surprises me how easy it is for me to make mistakes with math and get the answer totally wrong. I understand and can reach the process, but reaching the answer is for me about 75/25. Yesterday was one of my 25% wrong in math days.
My FitBit report came in last night and informed me that I was 900 or so calories from starting to reach for me 1750 calorie deficit. Ergo, I was 900 calories away from breaking even or 2600-ish calories from losing 0.5#.
Like I said, I can be incredibly good at math and then I have times when I'm incredibly bad at math because of simple mistakes. It's one of the reasons why I love geometry and percalc and hated algebra and calculus. Silly, silly brain.
I think I'll go back to doing errands and reading Allegiant. Amazon just informed me that my copy is waiting on my Kindle and I can't wait to finish the series! I think I'll let FitBit do the math for me now ad just leave it to them.
