I did better with eating yesterday.... mostly because I went to two zumba classes. I have noticed that eating is not possible when you are jumping and dancing.
I am pretty tired, since I went to bed late. Tonight I will go to bed earlier. I am planning to eat better today. I need to make small changes to get back on track.
The biggest change I will try for today is waiting 20 minutes after eating and before snacking to make sure I am really hungry. That will be a challenge, but I am up to it.
My D-DIL is due soon, so I am getting ready for the new baby craziness. My DS and D DIL won't reveal what they are having, so I can't do much before I find out what they had. ( I usually get the layette). So this is just one more thing to plan for; which is a good thing, but hard to do working full-time, wanting to visit her after she has the baby and go clothes shopping as well.
