Adjusted screen to see better, however, it is a bit difficult...

Tuesday, October 22, 2013

To manage. The best improvement was changing my cursor to a blinking one so I can find it easily. I also changed the pointer from a white one (which I lose track of regularly) to a large black arrow that is much easier to locate.

The main drawback to enlarging the writing on the screen is that I cannot see the whole screen at once which I will try to get used to.

I have been super sensitive regarding my vision since my last eye injection a week ago. At first it seemed there was only a small blood vessel hit by the needle but after a week the red area has spread upward and instead of looking better after a week, it actually is looking worse. I might have to make a phone call to the vitreoretinal specialists' offce to see if I should come in for them to look at my eye to be sure it is okay.

Tomorrow I have an appointment with the general surgeon to check on my abdominal hernia. I had surgical repair of this in April of 2012 and it recurred in less than a year. It has now become painful (off and on) and concerning as I am having other symptoms I think are related to the hernia.
