Day 2

I did it! Yesterday I stuck to the program and got through the day despite having not slept the night before. I had a problem eating all the food I was supposed to and came in under for the day but I also know my food issues will lessen somewhat when I get to the supermarket for shopping on Wednesday night.

What I'm most excited about is that I did some cardio for the first time in ages! At lunch I went for walked 1.25 km in 11 minutes approximately. After dinner I did 15 minutes on the treadmill at a pace of 5 km/hour. It isn't a lot compared to what I used to do but oh so much more than anything I have done in recent years!

I am ready for an even more awesome Day 3!
