So the morning got off to a rough start. I had a very hard time waking up and ended up running late getting out the door to work. Luckily I hit the traffic light as it turned green, so I didn't have to wait like I normally do. But I was in a bad mood for class this morning. I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think my students noted. Although I about flew off the handle when one of my students laughed at me for yawning. And, yes, these were ADULTS. I expect that type of behavior out of children, but adults should know better.
After class I went up to the church to get some work done there. I was in a bit of a better mood by the time I got there. But most of the morning was spent all by myself in a room organizing supplies.
Then I had lunch with the hubbs and got some stuff done around the house. Then it was back to work for three dance classes and another Pilates class. We did intervals for Pilates today, so my nutrition tracker told me I was under calories by 1000+. I'm not going to eat any more, so it will stay that way. I'm really tired and my left leg is achy and the calf feels like it's cramped, but it's not tight. I keep trying to stretch it, but it's not doing anything. This happens from time-to-time and the only cure I've found is time. A few days go by and the pain is gone. But it's annoying (and painful) while it's here.
Tomorrow I have 2 Pilates classes (advanced mat) and possibly a dance class. If I don't have to dance class, I have choreography I need to work on, so I'll still be moving, possibly more than if I was teaching class. I also hope to go for my mile-run and do a Blogilates video.
