Ugh! That time of year again!

Halloween! All the twixes and twizzlers in the bowl from the parties and fun nights that have already started two weeks before the holiday is here. I was doing so well and then I started to take a small piece here and a small piece there and before I knew it, I had eaten two whole candy bars. I tracked it all, but I was doing so well all day today. (BTW, each piece of candy was between 80 - 90 calories; so since I ate about eight of them, you know where I went on this binge - off the charts!)
I promise I will do better tomorrow. And this is on top of the fact that I have not been to the gym in one week. I am cranky and not sleeping well because I miss my exercise. It has just been one thing after another in the last week. I am lucky that I have been able to track my food at all. I miss my daily-check ins on the Maintenance Team page and I miss my SP friends. So, now I am back! Getting back to the gym for my regular routine tomorrow and I am very excited about it. I don't think I have ever been this happy to exercise before. I have really missed it!
Hope everyone is well and not eating as much candy as I am! LOL
