Grrr...I had a blog all typed and then SP went on the fritz.
Good day today...
10 mile run, ended up working a half day. Walked to and from Alexis' school twice, plus to and from the park. Ate well, will finish my water and be in bed early. I had more to say, but too tired to type it all out again. Maybe tomorrow.
Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-30 day shred, 10+ min cardio and skinny jeans challenge day 22
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed before 10
