Today, I got in a total of 105 minutes and I spread it throughout the day.
AM: 20 minutes strength training. I have discovered that I can use ankle weights on my legs. That does not hurt my shoulders.
AFT: 65 minutes treadmill. I got in 4 miles on the treadmill
PM: 20 minute walk and another mile done
Now, if I only had the time to do this kind of exercise every day :) I learned this by reading another person's blog and it was also recommended by one of the spark people coaches to spread out the exercise.
I tracked all my food and drank all my water today. It was a good day!
