Today's Accountability

Monday, October 21, 2013

Today, I got in a total of 105 minutes and I spread it throughout the day.

AM: 20 minutes strength training. I have discovered that I can use ankle weights on my legs. That does not hurt my shoulders.

AFT: 65 minutes treadmill. I got in 4 miles on the treadmill

PM: 20 minute walk and another mile done

Now, if I only had the time to do this kind of exercise every day :) I learned this by reading another person's blog and it was also recommended by one of the spark people coaches to spread out the exercise.

I tracked all my food and drank all my water today. It was a good day! emoticon

    Ooh, ankle weights. You are smart. I used to use these many years ago, but forgot about them! Totally gotta do that.

    I did my 65 minutes on the treadmill this morning and then did an errand so walked around some. I consider it a good day.

    Yeah I was thinking about doing that too. Walk in the morning and then again in the evening with some dance or a video somewhere in the middle.
