I had a home nurses visit (an annual visit from my insurance wellness program) this morning and of course she weighed me. I was down 2 pounds from my last doc visit and was very happy with this. I made a pot of beans and greens soup and baked 2 loafs of homemade light wheat bread. My bread was very tasty but didn't raise much but it was great with the soup; next time I will let it raise longer before baking) This was a new recipe from the book _Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day by Jeff Hertzberg, M.D. and Zoe Francois (the dough can keep in frig for 14 days). I have been doing my DVD for in house walking a mile this past week; just walking, no arms movements, stopping to rest at intervals but will work my way up to that. All in all I am feeling better abt myself and my limited activities. My back is feeling better and the stretching yoga stuff helps too. It is turning colder and my little doggie Maggie does not want to go out and walk. I am just changing my routines and working on crochet projects. The holidays are on us people so start getting prepared LOL. I know I am rambling but throwing out some of my thought. Have a blessed day and God bless us everyone.
