So I have gotten back to the gym and back outside running. Its hard. Really hard. But worth it. I ran outside without my husband and son and still pushed myself. Not my best time but not the worst. I also mapped out a run for the 10K. I cant wait to try it out. I think I'll need to change my goal from at least running a 10K to kicking BUTT on a 10K. I'll run it once and I know me and I'll want to keep bettering my time.
