So holidays were fantastic, however I did over indulge and despite the best intentions was way more lazy than I planned to be. So now back to the grind. The good news is that although I did not lose any weight over the last 6 weeks, I also didn't gain any, even with my vacation so hey, 1 thumb up! Perhaps my body is adjusting after all and I didn't eat quite as bad as I thought. However I do see that I am a lot hungrier all the time than I was before I left so gotta work on getting that stomach back to normal so I eat in moderation again or I am sure that will quickly change. I did make it back to the gym today, it was a rough 40 mins of cardio but I did it!
So back to the grind, and back to all you amazing people for support, and hopefully some movement on the scale in the next few weeks!
