While reading an article in Prevention Health 6 things were listed as being the most desired items to start a home gym. I had all of them except one.
1. Resistance bands
2. Stability Ball
4. Heart rate monitor
5. Workout DVDs
6. Yoga Matt (missing item at my house, use the area rug)
My most used equipment would be the resistance bands, dumbbells and throw in my recumbent bike. I like to change it up occasionally with the Leslie Sansome walk DVD and an old Richard Simmons DVD. With wintertime coming on these will get more use while I miss the out of doors.
