I am a little down today. emoticon

I have gained 9 pounds since I quit smoking! The good new is:

1. I FINALLY quite smoking, AND,
2. I have been working out consistently since I quit, so it could be a lot worse.

The bad news is I am gaining not losing! A lot of my fall clothes that used to fit perfectly last year are now too tight. Now I have to either go out and buy new clothes, or stick with the few outfits that still fit and work like heck to get back into the other ones.

So, yes...I am a little down today. emoticon

HUEBNER1019, Thanks so much for the encouragement!

I think I will stick it out until I can fit back into everything. I CAN do it!!

You are so right, you quit smoking that is great! If you keep exercising I have to believe the weight will start to come off.

I am in the same boat as far as the clothes not fitting. I am suffering with the discomfort to keep me on the straight and narrow. Unfortunately even tight clothes don't always work for me! :) But back on the wagon and trying to look long term.

Long term you are healthier! Yeah! emoticon
