I'm trying to do two things at once. And that is to quit smoking and take off weight.
It's a struggle and I am just holding my own. I have a tendency to excuse my eating saying I need the snacks since I quit the ciggaretts But I also know if just used a little more will power I could go back to my old habit of not eating between meals. But it seems now it is taking everything I have just to quit smoking. I am on my 5th week of no smoking and doing well with that but my hunger has increased and I am substituting food for ciggaretts. I know now is the hardest time. But I just can't afford to gain any more weight!
In the meantime I am just hanging in there!
