Good Start on a Monday

10:50 so far so good. Listened to my Sparks Coach and will get my snack list on the fridge tonight. I know how many calories, how much protein and carbs. Will bag them up for the weekend tonight. I am feeling good about food today.

    good idea. i need to start doing things like that. I never know what i am going to eat from one meal to the next let alone snacks. i think i will start trying to make a monthly meal plan so i have stuff already set up, especially for those last minute cravings..
