whew! it has been a whirlwind. basically just go go go the whole weekend -- did some new-neighborhood exploring on saturday with my boyfriend, and then took a walking/public transportation adventure to the airport haha to rent a car...sunday, drove to ikea (2 hrs away), bought MASSIVE amounts of furniture, and then did the public transportation and walking adventure in reverse :)
my eating on saturday was perfect, and yesterday was...ok? i didn't go over on anything, and stayed on the low ends of my ranges, but did not make the best choices (read: 1.5 chicken tenders w/ some fries at ikea, half of a sandwich w some more fries for dinner...i didn't eat a lot, but what i did eat wasn't the best...).
oh well, today is back to perfect eating -- and my man is making me dinner tonight (sidenote - can i say how nice it is to have someone cook for you that completely respects that you like to eat healthy? i am horrible at cooking and never cook for myself. but my boyfriend LOVES cooking, and will not only choose healthy things to make, but if he wants pasta or something i don't eat, he will make us different versions of the same meal (i.e. same protein with pasta for him and veggies for me). i just really appreciate this.).
ANYWAY so exhausting weekend, but got lots of steps in and LOTS of calories burned :) i am super on-track to FINALLY hit my goal of 149 on friday, and i cannot freaking wait. gym-time on wednesday/sat/sunday, which i ALSO cannot freaking wait for haha.
i have a bit of family stress getting me down right now, but otherwise, all is good!!!! looking forward to putting the rest of our furniture together after work :)
