New Start Page

I think I will grow to like the new Start page on SparkPeople. I was most excited about the new goals section is Step 1. For some reason, Fast Break goals never worked for me, and I think (hope) that having goals on the Start page will work better. I customized them to include the issues that continually plague me.

Goal 1 -- Eat fruit at breakfast
Goal 2 -- Eat vegetables at lunch
Goal 3 -- Make half my plate veggies at dinner
Goal 4 -- No dessert

Once we get used to the changes, we'll forget what the original Start page looked like!
