I like the new Start Page. I set up my goals board, and it helped remind me that, even though the scale didn't reflect my (relatively) successful weekend, I did have some weekend successes.
NSV: My husband and I took two walks on Saturday. My meals were healthy and within range. I baked a beautiful toasted coconut banana bread, and had a few pieces over the weekend, but didn't overeat in the long run. I am finding little Sparky to be very motivating, and have been getting out of the office for a walk more since I started wearing him (her? It?). We had a late-night visitor on Saturday night, and served her coffee and banana bread. I had coffee. Period.
Things to work on this week: Continue getting out of the office and walking. Drink more water. Stay motivated. Ask for help when I need it. Breathe.
