For how long, I can't say. During the entire time I have continued to read articles from SP, and have generally kept my weight about the same(within 5 pounds) since last December. Of course, that's approximately 50 pounds above where I was at my thinnest, and about 30 pounds above where I felt my best.
My puppy, Lulu, has turned into a dog. If you remember, she was the rescue dog I got last March as a 4 month old lab/pointer mix. Now it appears there is no pointer, but rather some Australian cattle dog in there with the lab. I love her to death, but she is a handful.
Lulu pretty much runs the household, and now the cat is afraid of her, though he gets his licks in. Lulu just loves the cat so much that she wants to lick him to death, something the cat is just not very happy about. And she bugs Chica the chihuahua mix so much that after awhile Chica turns around and gives Lulu a good nip, which of course sends them both on a mad chase around and around the dining room table. Here's a picture of Chica, too.
We do get quite a bit of exercise walking morning and night. I have a double leash so that both Lulu and Chica can walk, and Chica keeps up with us and has lost 2 pounds...which I think is about 20 people pounds! Unfortunately, that is the ONLY exercise I am getting.
Work has been crazy. I set my schedule so I work a little bit longer Monday through Thursday so I could get off at noon on Friday. Sadly, this has not happened yet. I work longer Monday through Thursday, work a full day Friday, and come into work at least one day of the weekend.
In addition, I have resumed duties as my sorority's Advisory Board Chair, which is taking up about 10 hours a week.
I did drop out of my church choir, but picked up teaching a Sunday school class. This will end in December, though, thank goodness.
So, as you can see, I need to learn to say no.
So how are all of you doing?
