This has been a rough year for me health wise. I have gained back almost all the weight that I have lost over the past four years. It is hard to admit that I have almost come full circle. I am starting fresh as of this morning. I have sat down planned my meals for the day and set some time aide for some chair exercises and at least one short walk today. It is time to get back on track and succeed at my goals.
After having a stroke in April I found myself lacking stamina to continue the long walks that I so enjoyed with my beloved Katie (dog). Instead of working hard on getting back on track I let things slide. Then my recent bout with pneumonia has depleted my stamina even more. For the next month or two I will be on oxygen 24/7. Which has put limits on my exercising. I do have a small oxygen tank that I can carry when I am out of the house. I am also using SP's chair exercising videos to workout.
I am hoping that this will combined with getting my nutrition back on track will help get my stamina and weight back under control. I ask you keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I work to get back on track.
