Review week of Oct 13-19 and goals for Oct 20-26

Well over half of October is over and I am doing pretty well. Weight is not dropping but I do weigh less than October 1. My knee is still troublesome and I may never be back to where I was pre injury. It is almost worse now than before surgery emoticon . Exercise wise I am doing OK, food wise I am also doing OK. In fact I got the you did not eat enough message a couple of times this week. Unfortunately I switched to the new calorie counting method and I really think they give me too many calories for the exercise I do. When I was successfully losing weight I was eating about what I eat now and doing as much or more exercise. So here were my goals for the week

1. Go to the gym on M/W and do my gym workout. emoticon

2. Track my food and stay within calorie allowance.

Goal met on tracking food, I explained above that I did not eat as much as they wanted me to a few days. I also exceeded my goal a little yesterday.

3. Remove garden debris from the vegetable garden and start to prep it for winter.

Coming along nicely. Garden was spaded and I have spread shredded leaves on top. Will spade them in this week so that they decay over the winter.

New Goals

With the painters working this week I am housebound. No trip to the gym until possibly Friday. I want to spade the garden again. The rest I will play by ear. I will stay within calorie limits. For the first time in many weeks I planned a menu for the week so I know what I am fixing for dinner each night. I have decided to keep this week flexible since I am constrained to being at home for at least 3 days.

    You've done lots of planning. Hope the weather and your knee allow you to get back at the garden. Rain predicted here every single day this week!
