Today's challenge is to eat with no distractions so I concentrate on my meal.

I'm a multitasker so this will teach me to not overeat by mindless eating.

    That would be a tremendous challenge for me. I've been eating in front of the computer or TV or newspaper or book or magazine forever. Time to wean myself!

    That's a great goal! I actually eat less when I'm distracted. Chasing my son or feeding him while I'm eating is a good way to slow myself down. But really the only way I can keep from overeating is to put less on my plate. Lately I've been putting half of what I normally would upt on my plate thinking that if I'm still hungry I can always go back for seconds, but fortunately I never need to :)

    I used to find that I limited my time when I did this now I just make the most of the flavour. Enjoy

    it is hard to learn to eat with out distractions but when I learned to do this I found that I eat about half what I use to
