I have not been so active on the site, only tracking food and exercise recently. I have been focused more on doing and less and logging. I am continuing to get 60+ fitness minutes daily, and usually staying in calorie range.
I started riding my bike, which is hilarious. Because riding a stationary and real bike are so different. I was able to ride without falling this past Friday, and had a nice ride compliments of my DS (who I taught to ride) and now is teaching his mother. I am still terrified of going down any hill, thinking I will fall. This being understandable since on my first day I fell down and really bruising and cutting my arm (but luckily not broken).
So I am happily making time for me.
I have gained 8 pounds since my reaching goal. My clothes still fit, but are not loose. So I really need to buckle down and count every BLT. I see how eating those extra 100 calories daily... no matter the amount of exercise makes a difference.
So while I am not so happy with the scale. I am pulling myself up, and focusing on getting control of my eating.
