CHOOSE YOUR POISON/ ALL OF LIFE SEEMS TO BE A TRADE OFF

Monday, October 21, 2013

We all want something for nothing. A great body, without any effort toward exercise or eating healthy. We treat the symptoms, but don't try to stop the problem.
Do we really understand what we are buying? We usually believe what we read. Yet labels don't tell the whole story, zero calories-zero guilt, low fat is either high in sugar or salt. That diet pills cause heart conditions. Or that antacids or pain killers damage the kidneys or liver.
Sometimes when something works on one thing, it damages another. Read your labels, research alternatives, find out what works better for you. Don't be deceived by all the misleading jargon. Natural isn't natural, if it was man made. As consumers we must be aware of the media trying to sway us into cures. Where is the documented research? Life seems to be a trade off, on what you are blindly willing to lose! Now what you are willing to do so you don't trade something you need for your health! Choose your poison!

Awesome Blog!!! This World is driven by Money and Profit at the Cost of Health on All Levels. Will also agree with WEARINGTHIN. If we don't watch out for our health and the health of our families no else will. God Blessings Always.

Also what works for one person, does not necessarily work for another. I have become convinced blood type plays a role in that among other things.

This world is driven by profit at the cost of health on all levels. Buyer beware!

I often sign this to myself: Row, row, row your boat gently down the stream. Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, LIFE IS BUT A DREAM.

I think most of us know what healthy is for us. It just can be so hard to stick to just healthy! Good luck with your health. Glenn
