I'm excited to start on my healthy lifestyle change with SparkPeople. I'm very impressed with this site so far and the recipes on here are helping me figure out a meal plan that works with my schedule and needs.
I'm going to try to incorporate a yoga class, once a week to help strengthen and add some balance into my life. As a rugby player, it would be nice to have an activity that's completely opposite to what I'm used to.
My 30 Day Challenge:
No Diet Soft Drinks (water instead!)
No Junk (candy/sweets (only dark chocolate once a week!), chips, & other crappy things I shouldn't be eating)
Less eating out (saves the pocket book)
The change starts tomorrow! Let's see how it goes...
