In December of 2012 I was below 200 pounds. I was working at a pizza place 5 days a week. At work I was constantly moving which I think contributed to my weight loss. Now, I work a 9-5 desk job. I don't drive so going to the gym proves to be a little more difficult. I have less time to cook healthy meals. I had a personal trainer for a while, but it wasn't doing anything for me. My office always has donuts, candy, bagels, you name it! It is hard to say no especially being in a stressful environment 40 hours a week. My boyfriend has lost more than 40 pounds running these past few months! I weigh more than him and it makes me so sad! I need to find my motivation. Does anyone else struggle with these? How do you cope?
