Well my Broncos lost and they did it poorly

Indy has beaten Seattle and San Francisco so I wasn't taking them lightly. However, The Broncos were just embarrassed in my view. Better it happen now so The Broncos can stop trying to pull out 4th Quarter heroics and play a complete game. I'm annoyed but it will be a good lesson if The Broncos learn it. The Broncos beat themselves and I couldn't quite remember how many 3 and outs we had but it wasn't good at all.
Penalties were for over 100 yards unacceptable. Manning's one interception hurt and the defense was horrible. I knew it was going to be a close one but horrible play makes me angry. Well, we're a game behind the Chiefs now. All we have to do is recover against the Redskins, rest up on our bye week and then get through The Chiefs at home and then The Pats and Chiefs on the Road. We got a loss out of the way so I don't have to hear the hype with the undefeated crap from the announcers anymore. Be careful Chiefs I saw The Texans gave you some trouble earlier but you made it. 7-0 keep going I'm pulling for you guys except when you play The Broncos lol.
Leftovers were for dinner, the stroganoff. I had Cheez-its for a snack and been drinking liquids quite a bit since 3pm. Right now I need to flat iron my hair and I did get good sleep and exercise in for the day so I'm good to go. I have to catch up on my few TV shows I watch online~

I weighed myself earlier I'm at 136 pounds down from my 133 low so it means I'm holding steady right now. It makes sense because I haven't been doing the same walking program that I started out with. I'm going back to it though starting November 1st because my allergies are leveling off to a great degree. I can do the treadmill but 2 hours of that just isn't my thing at all. I do much better with outdoor walking. I'll be fine and I always said from the beginning I wasn't concentrating on a certain number of weight even if I wanted to be back down in the mid 120 range. If I am down in the lower 130's I'll be quite satisfied. As long as I am getting good sleep, doing well with nutrition, vitamins, and exercise than what more can you ask for?
I recall reading in an article when you start out from ground zero in strength training it can take up to a good six months for you to see the strength training really working in all areas. I would like a leaner physique and tighten up the gruesome spots. I'm working at my metabolism as well so its efficient. I want to be in a good position in the beginning of 2014. That's my goal for the most part. Not to gain weight from Halloween to New Years; to even drop some pounds! I can hold steady for sure and gain strength, health and power~
