Week 1 Sunday Evening

Today was a very good day! Went and worked out at Planet Fitness with my friend. Treadmill, 12 minute abs, glute machine, elliptical. Helped my son sell some boy scout popcorn. Cleaned and did laundry. Made a yum-a-lious roast, potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions in the crock pot. Walked Dahlia or I should say she walked me.

I've looked over some of the many recipes and found a few to make for breakfast. My worst meal of the day. Why the worst? Because I hate eating breakfast! But I am going to try!! I'm sure I will like the one with peaches, cottage cheese and raisin bran.

Still trying to figure out a good fitness challenge for my son.
