So many plans, but slept most of the weekend away. I have been not feeling very well and finally did go to the gym and swam for 30 minutes today. I was so glad I went to the gym as I was feeling so stiff from being in bed too much.
Sometimes when I am feeling so tired, I think it is just a generalized depressive symptom and I feel so much better when I get out and do some exercise.
I plan to still get some dishes and laundry done tonight before going to bed for the night.
