Finding balance and a few questions:)

I have found two companies I have been enjoying the past few days.

Nature's path BEAR NAKED FIT cereal. It's very yummy and I love the autumn flavor.

WOW baking company Their chocolate chip cookies are delish:)

Finding balance is always something I struggle with. I think this time I got it:)

Through December:
*Continue to eat "Primal" Paelo most of the time with the occasional sweet treat:)
*Continuing to follow the 5/3/1 lifting program. I am really looking forward to the gains I will make:)
*Spin and SWEAT most days.
*Two bootcamps during the week at school.
*Personal training two clients.
*Getting the pups out whenever I can:)

Walked to the gym and got the pups out for a quick 2 miles today:)

Anyone try any of the above products?
What sweet treats do you indulge in?

    My sweet treat is usually 2 small dark chocolates! In fact, I was just eating them as I wrote this.

I have tried the Bear Naked granola but it is kind of high in fat. Not to bad if you mix it with a lower fat cereal. I have not tried the fit cereal. I was eating Kashi cereal for a while.

Most mornings I have a whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter and a banana then follow up with a Chobani yogurt in the mid morning.

    Hmmm...since going low carb, I find I don't crave sweets so much. When SWMBO and I splurge, it usually involves some kind of rich, decadent cream plays a prominent role as well. Soon after, we fall into a sugar coma!

I'm in the 2d week of my 2d cycle of 5/3/1....loving it too

Crush those next 11 miles!

    Moderation and balance are tough to obtain. Sweets - I need to balance what I eat - often 2 squares of chocolate; fruit is my favorite sweet treat. Good balancing to you.
