Day 1, Take 2 - Tired + Hungry = Eating

Waking Weight: 196 (posting daily weigh ins here but not updating SP til Saturday)
Good news: made it over 13 hours without eating but it was a long day. When I finally kicked back to relax I noticed somewhere between the movie "Olympus Has Fallen" and the season 4 opener of "The Walking Dead" I had eaten. Also good news is what I ate: 4 small oranges, a medium green apple and a can of Benita's Jalepeno Black beans w/ lime juice (pretty tasty). With the type of work I do (plus exercise) I may have to rethink my choice of fast but for now I'm beginning again.
Bad news: broke fast
