I am not a morning prson but i did get up and do a low impact workout . it was a good way to start the day then i ate a good breakfast. did not get much done after that but then in the afternoon i went back into my basement for another workout. I have hour long workouts that aplit into 10 sections. i was going to do 5 which is anout 30 min. then i decided to do another one. i took a bit off a break to catch my breath. Then i did another 20 minutes. So i did a combination of exercised. did some stretching cardio and strenght training.

    Good job! I'm way behind on my exercises the last several days as I was not feeling well but am hoping to get more exercise in in the coming days. Just had Dickens out for a short walk and while it's chilly it felt good to be moving again. emoticon

    You did a lot of workouts today! I admire you for doing those separated like they are--it seems like once I workout that's it, no more. This is something I can learn from--so thanks!
