low and high intensity

I am not a morning prson but i did get up and do a low impact workout . it was a good way to start the day then i ate a good breakfast. did not get much done after that but then in the afternoon i went back into my basement for another workout. I have hour long workouts that aplit into 10 sections. i was going to do 5 which is anout 30 min. then i decided to do another one. i took a bit off a break to catch my breath. Then i did another 20 minutes. So i did a combination of exercised. did some stretching cardio and strenght training.
