Super Sunday 10/20

So today I started tracking again, pulled up the Meal Plan, and am on a mission to continue building my strength. Now it definitely has been slower than 2012 but its progress, not perfection!

I have figured out the secret to maintenance, it's between my brain! It's a powerful machine, and I've only scratched the surface. I've been in a pretty normal routine for starting back to work; though part time at the school, it allows me more time to work on me.

The weather is much cooler, 60 is hard to come by these days as Fall has begun its beautiful transformation to winter. I'm bringing out leggings, sweaters, and scarves. I love this season.

I'm finished with my SP suggested lunch, and back to 20 more minutes of movement (baby boomers idea people's idea of fitness) taking care to not ache. I'm going to Forzas in a whole, I must get started.
