Getting back on track...

I have been slacking a lot lately. First my son came home on leave and we have been going out to eat a lot and I haven't been exercising . And now my knee is hurting a lot , So I really haven't been working out.
But I know I can do it and I have all of you to help me on my way.

    This path has a lot of detours. It's best to be aware of them beforehand. You stumbled and got back up. Great! Now, don't go out there tomorrow or the next day and try to make up for the vacation from fitness/weight loss you just had.
