Hello wonderful SP community.
what a week it has been, and the planning of activities has made it more fun.
Yesterday I was invited to an open day at a sports centre, by my friend, and this gave me the opportunity to try badminton, table tennis, an aerobics class using hand weights and Iyengar yoga (I normally do asthanga yoga). It was a great day as my other friend and her two boys joined me. Encouraging the youth is so important. Having these tasters has made reminded all the other sports I can try to keep fit.
This week I have lots planned to keep me active, as it soon it is my special day and after work look forward to celebrating it with my fantastic partner, going to the theatre and the next day swimming and walking. So excited a great way to have fun and get fit with my soul mate and who encourages me everyday. I love him very much, and thank him for being in my life through the past years of great devastation, but now I feel am turning a new page.
For everyone who is going through turmoil there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
