THANKS and my current plan

Thank you to everyone who wrote me about my husband and his leg break. It's been stressful.
He's now got doctor's clearance to walk without a walker or crutches. He's in a boot.
He's in pain though. Yesterday it was pain level of "8".
Me: my current fitness plan...I'm training for an 8K race on Thanksgiving Day. After that, I'm training to do the Hot Chocolate Run 15K again in January, in Atlanta. I had fun last year at that race. :)
Right now, I'm running 3 days a week using the Zombies, Run! 5K app but I'll be bumping that up soon to increase distance for the 8K race (5.3 miles).
I'm doing strength and yoga 2 days a week.
Resting 2 days a week at the moment.
Seems to be working.
