Well, I adjusted my goals and am trying to realign myself to make those better choices I need to make.
Getting enough sleep, getting up early to exercise, and keeping w/ my planned food choices will be hard. Today I got up, exercised, and ate my planned breakfast. So far, so good. Busy day ahead of cleaning, prepping for the work week, and my daughter's Girl Scouts meeting. Let's see what can be done today!
