JUSTYNA7 I love my aquafit. I have tried several classes and take a little from each one to work all the different parts of my body. Just treading water in the deep end burns a LOT of calories. I sure wish I could figure out more zumba moves in the water but I always find the instructors go so fast on land compared to what can be done in the water that the moves are not memorable. Cheers! Yes it is ! I was going to the pool every day and exercising in the lovely warm water .. I was doing really well .. Then I had more medical problems and Colin became ill and I haven't been able to go back ... When the time is right I will return to the pool ... Hugs Susie xx 1013 days ago
I love water aerobics! It's the only program that I've been able to maintain with any consistency and no injury.
I actually feel bad if I have to miss a class because of scheduling issues or illness and will go to the pool outside of class time to do the routines if I have the opportunity. Anybody who knows me is quite amazed at this development. 1013 days ago
I love water exercises but my access to a pool is almost non existent now and it's too bad. As this is great on the joints. We just came back from vacation where I went into the pool every day. So much fun! 1013 days ago
