Awesome weigh in this week

I don't know how I managed it (I think a lot of it must have been water weight or something), but at this weeks weigh in I lost 3.6 pounds. I worked out 3 days this week, so I really have no idea how I lost that much. The only explanation I can think of is water weight. I also did stick to my nutritional goals this week. The good news is: with that weigh in, I am somewhere between 0.6 and 2.6 pounds away from being into a healthy weight range (I've been measured and 5' 1-1/2" and 5'2", so that is the range I am aiming for. And I am 1.6 pounds away from my 1st goal, which I was aiming to get to by 11/24/13. I am still a ways off from my long term goal in regards to weight, but I am taking it 1 day at a time. Slowly but surely I will get there. And I am not even sure if I want to get to the weight I originally wanted to get to. I want to be smaller, but the biggest thing I want is to be fit. I don't want to be weak but skinny. I want to have muscle, too. Who knows, even with muscle weight, I might be able to make it there. I am just basing it off of how I feel.
Oooo, and I found a nice little once in a while snack. I had a moment of weakness and went into the chocolate aisle yesterday. I was sitting there staring at all the chocolate debating whether it was worth it to give in and indulge for a moment or if I just needed to walk away (give me a break, I haven't had chocolate in forever and my little monthly friend is due this week), when one of SO's friends and his daughter came up to me (apparently his daughter was having the same problem I was). After seeing them and us talking about my weight loss (SO had mentioned to him that I had lost over 10 pounds), I started to walk down the aisle, and found the skinny cow and weight watchers section in the chocolate aisle. Skinny Cow has these Dreamy Clusters in milk and dark chocolate that come in individual packs in a box. Each pack would have probably about 6 of these clusters. And each pack is 120 calories each. When I saw that, I was like 'Oh, hell yeah, I can do 120 calories.' And I made sure to limit myself to just one pack. They were oh so good. It isn't something I would snack on every day, but that took the edge off my craving right away.
My surgery was rescheduled. They called me on Wednesday to tell me that the doctor is going to be out of town this week, so they rescheduled to the 6th. My pre-op appt is on the 30th now. So they just pushed it out a couple more weeks, but I want it done! Oh, well, it isn't too far off.
Well, here's to getting back on track again!
