Week recap and goals for next week

Well last week was okay. I'm down for the week, which is good. It was a wild journey. Lots of ups and downs. Some good some bad. Yesterday was NOT good...I didn't even track because I don't think I put one thing that had any nutritional value into my body yesterday. Johnny brought home an entire coconut cream pie from Perkins after a business meeting. I had never had a coconut cream pie but I love coconut, and I tried it and that was stupid. It sat open in the fridge which was also stupid because I kept sneaking bites of it here and there. I asked him to take it to his D&D game last night and he said he would and he forgot - but I'm determined to be better with it today.

MIL is feeling a little better. She's still mostly bedridden and on crutches, but she's getting up a few times a day and roaming around the house. She is going to look into starting physical therapy this week. My mom comes on Thursday for a long weekend.

Goals for this week:
1. Go to the gym 5 out of 7 days
2. Get at least 100g protein 5 out of 7 days
3. Stay within calorie range 6 out of 7 days
4. Stay under 100g carbs 4 out of 7 days
5. Drink 3 large water bottles of water 5 out of 7 days
