This coming week is going to be a washout as far as exercise and diet goes. Tuesday afternoon I fly down to Bangkok for a business meeting on Wednesday. Then, on Thursday I check into hospital for tests regarding my sleep apnea. Will sleep in hospital Thursday night and then on Friday will consult with doctor. Late afternoon Friday I have another short meeting and then Friday evening fly back home.
I got 30 mins in today (Sunday) and hope to get at least 1 hour tomorrow.
Maybe will get some in on Saturday next.
It is also going to be hard to maintain diet with having to eat in restaurants all week.
Will do my best.
