This 10 day challenge is to keep you away from sugar during Halloween seaason til Oct 30!.
You know what I am talking about! You buy the candy especially the chocolates for trick or treaters and before you know it you have nibbled your way to an empty bag and have to go out and buy even more candy!
LOL Or you place some in the bowl in the morning and by night it's completely gone! And you live alone so you can't blame it on anybody else!

Here is how the game works. There will be three awards.
1st place for the most points
2nd place for the second highest points
3rd place for the third highest points
This is how the points work:
You are at a Halloween, Birthday, or Any other Party & you do not eat any sugar 30 points for each party/day of celebration.
Post a photo on your SparkPage photo album of you not eating candy captioned NO SUGAR CHALLENGE 20 points per day
Your spouse, significant other, or kids are eating/drinking sugar in front of you for example & you do not eat/drink any sugar you get 10 points per day
Take a walking break. Getting away from your desk for a breath of fresh air can invigorate you and help you get over the mid-morning or mid-afternoon slumps that are often mistaken for hunger. 10 points a day
Chew sugarless gum. Sugarless gum gives your mouth a burst of sweet sensation for very few calories. "Studies have shown that gum chewing can also help [you] relieve stress, mentally focus on tasks, satisfy a sweet tooth, overcome the urge to eat candy, and help manage hunger pangs to hold you over until your next meal," says Sandon. Chewing sugar free gum you can get 5 points a day.
Replace the candy with better choices. Make the see-food diet work in your favor by putting out a bowl of colorful fruit or veggies in place of the candy. You can get 5 points each day
Sip on a low-calorie beverage. Keep your hands and mouth busy by drinking a zero-calorie cup of hot tea (rich with disease-fighting antioxidants) or big glass of water you get 5 points each day
Each day you come here and state how you did with avoiding sugar you get 5 points each day
Each day you post an article here on how to avoid sugar or Halloween candy 5 points each day
Each piece of candy or dessert eat or sugar you eat you eat lose a point (so be careful with the m&ms) so -1 points
Each day you don't check in you lose a point so -1 points
EXEMPTION: If you have diabetes and your blood sugar suddenly drops because of your medical condition it's great to follow your doctor's instructions to get your blood sugar back correctly.
