Time to face a few facts then. My weight has rocketed back up to where I started about a year ago. I've been avoiding weighing myself so I knew the truth really. The cause of this is over-eating and also eating and drinking things I know have loads of calories like beer and chocolate. I feel a bit annoyed at myself and also a bit sad. However, I lost the weight before and I can lose it again. I'm out today for a friend's birthday so its a good test of my new resolution but I can do it.
I'm going to stick to my calorie in-take. I'm going to cut out sugary things again. I'm going to avoid fattening foods. I'm going to do more exercise. My mini goal is to be back down to where I was about 2 weeks ago in the next 2 weeks - so that's by 3rd November.
