I am down another 1.4 lbs. to 205.6 lbs. I am less than a lb from my previous low. I did some volunteer work today, and got home late to find out the Tigers lost to the Red Sox. I cooked up dinner, and watched a movie, and now at 4 a.m., I am doing my blog.

I did my walk today in the afternoon, since I slept poorly the night before, and since I probably won't get to bed till 6 a.m., tomorrow will likely be the same way. My meals for today were:

B - 5 eggs, 2 T butter.

L + D - 18 ozs ground beef, 1 can tomatoes, and 2 cups of mushrooms ( split into 2 meals.

This adds up to 1953 calories

fat = 65,43 %
carbs = 6.69%
protein = 27.87 %

A friend of mine gave me a walker for my brother, so he isn't limping on his bad foot, and he says it feels better. So hopefully that helps him get back to work by next Friday, but he may need another week of rest. Tomorrow, I have to go buy some groceries, and then will watch the Lions game at 1 p.m. Maybe I will set a new low weight, which will be some good news.

The weather here is getting chilly. Temps in the 30's at night, and struggling to get to 50 in the day. I love that. I get free heat at my apt., so it is 80 degrees inside, and I don't sweat on my walks..lol. As long as there is no snow, everything is A-OK.

So today was a pretty good day, even if the baseball season is over. Hope everyone else had a great day, and tomorrow is even better. I am off to read some more, and try to fall asleep.

    Sorry about your TIgers, Russell.

You're getting close to your previous low weight - is this where you get out the yellow tape and wrap it around the pizza shop to keep you from crossing that line? :)
