Well i'm a bit lost at the minute.
I put 2 lbs on this week - unsurprising given the rubbish I have been eating. Also, a lot of the walking part of my job has been taken by other people whilst I do other things. Never thought it would make a difference but it seems to but then I was walking round the office for at least 2 hours a day.
I feel bloated and puffy and stiff. It's getting me down.
I know i need to exercise. But I don't know where to start. It's cold and wet and dark outside in the mornings and I don't really like the idea of walking in the dark.
I'm not sure what else I can do in the house. My Taibo DVD really doesn't interest me. I don't really have the space for a treadmill.
